Why We Exist
Traditional agencies rely on models who can afford to live in or travel to major fashion hubs (New York, London, Paris, LA). Underserved talent often faces financial barriers right out of the gate, such as test shoot fees, travel costs to open calls, or expensive portfolios that keep them out before they even start.

Founder & CEO
Viet was raised on stories of survival before he ever had to write his own. He came up through racism, incarceration, and the loss of friends to violence and to life sentences, and turned that fire into a simple rule: do what you love. Today he runs a studio and a life built on resilience, grit, and a mission to help as many people as he can along the way.
